Coffee is the medium - People are the purpose

Patience Coffee was founded by Jason Wilger and Blake Sellers - two friends who found common ground in their love for coffee, family, and community. Both of us have spent years working in the coffee world, honing our craft, learning the details that make a great cup, and discovering the joy of hospitality along the way.

We’re both husbands and fathers to young children, and that shapes how we see the future. We want to build something lasting - not just for ourselves, but for our families and the community we live in. Coffee is what brought us together, but alignment in values is what made us partners. We share a desire for excellence, to become better every day than we were yesterday, and to treat people with genuine kindness and care.

Patience Coffee is the result of those shared convictions. Together, we decided to combine our favorite things - craft, hospitality, and vision to create a space where people can gather, feel seen, and experience something meaningful over a great cup of coffee.

We’re starting with a coffee cart, bringing our craft directly to the community, one cup at a time. But this is just the beginning. Our hope is to grow into a permanent location where hospitality, quality, and community are at the center of everything we do.
